Shipping destinations: We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or other U.S. territories.

Cutoff Time:
Order cutoff time: 9:00am PST.
Orders placed after the order cutoff time (9:00am PST) will begin processing the following business day.
Orders placed before the order cutoff time on a business day (Monday-Friday) will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following Monday.
Inspecting orders:
Upon receiving an order, the customer must inspect the order and notify American HVAC Warehouse of any damage to the order within 48 hours of delivery. If the customer fails to notify American HVAC Warehouse of any damage to their order within 48 hours of delivery, American HVAC Warehouse is under no obligation to replace the customer's order. If the customer receives a damaged order and notifies American HVAC Warehouse of the damage within 48 hours of delivery, American HVAC Warehouse will replace the order for free.
