Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the order has shipped.
Because many HVAC products are processed quickly and may ship by freight carrier, we cannot guarantee cancellation once order processing has begun. We recommend contacting us immediately after placing your order if you wish to cancel.
If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled as a pre-shipment cancellation.

Refusing delivery of an order does not automatically cancel the order or guarantee a full refund.
If a shipment is refused after it has been dispatched, the order may be treated as a return and may be subject to return freight charges, carrier fees, and applicable restocking fees.
Certain products may not be eligible for cancellation or may be subject to additional restrictions once processing has started. If an item is marked as special-order, made-to-order, or non-returnable, cancellation may not be possible after the order is placed.
If such restrictions apply, they will govern the cancellation request.
If a cancellation is approved before shipment, refunds are typically issued within 2–3 business days after approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
